With direct beach access, guests are steps from chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, and endless coastal activities.

This beachfront 1-bedroom condo accommodates up to 6 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, and a private balcony with sweeping Gulf views—perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset dinners.

  One of the best condos in Panama City Beach. It was quiet and the condo furnishings were primo. Even though the bed was squeaky and the dishwasher was not working, the location on the ocean and the beautiful balcony made those cons immaterial. It was hard to leave. We are planning to make a visit to this condo every quarter. Highly recommend.

  You will love this condo from the time you enter. It's very clean and decorated nice. The view from the balcony was good.
  There was 2 things that we did not particularly like and that was the bed. (1) The mattress desperately needs replaced with box springs. Every time you rollover it squeak. (2) The emergency lighting in the back bedroom came on during the night for a few seconds.

  Overall,good experience, but Condo could use a deep cleaning. Bedroom ceiling fan had a lot of dust on the blades, dust, dirt, behind Murphy bed, dirt,dust under pull out sofa and recliner.
