Welcome to Commodore 1003, a Gulf-front retreat on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. This desirable location is steps from sugar-white sand and within walking distance of local restaurants, with marinas, golf courses, St. Andrews State Park, and Schooners beachfront dining just minutes away.

The resort sits directly on the Gulf, offering a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, grilling pavilion, picnic tables, and a fire pit. With direct beach access, guests can enjoy chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, and endless coastal activities. Free daily beach service—two chairs and one umbrella—is included from March through October.

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo accommodates up to 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living area, which features a Smart TV and queen sleeper sofa. The Gulf-front primary bedroom offers a King bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom includes two Queen beds and a flat-screen TV, with a hall bath conveniently located nearby. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy stunning Gulf views and unforgettable sunsets.

  1st time staying at this condo, and it will be added to our list of places to stay at. The staff onsite were very nice and easy to work with, (side note we did experience a slight Jelly Fish sting for one of our sons, called the help desk to see if they had anything onsite, they didn’t but did offer to run out and get something.... Which luckily we didn’t end up needing but such a nice gesture.) The location of the condo was perfect, just outside of the busy front beach road but still close enough for everything. Overall a very good experience would definitely recommend to anyone going to PCB!!!

  The unit is lovely with amazing ocean view. The pool is very nice and the beach front has a gradual slope and sand bar which is wonderful for the children. The beach is walkable in both directions and there are plenty of beach shops and stores within minutes. The state park is very nice right around the corner. The unit has plenty of puzzles, games, entertainment options and kitchen appliances to make dining in for any meal simple and convenient. The building looks a bit dated on the outside but the inside of the unit is very updated and the beach/common spaces are lovely and well maintained. It’s a great spot for a beach week.
