The resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico and offers a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, a grilling pavilion, picnic tables, and a fire pit for cozy evenings. With direct beach access, guests are steps from chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, and endless shoreline fun.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo accommodates up to 4 guests. The fully equipped kitchen is located off the entryway, with a hall bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo across from it. The unit includes a washer and dryer for added convenience. The open living and dining area offers a Smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom features a King bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy refreshing Gulf breezes and stunning sunset views.

  My husband and I came down for a getaway without kids for the first time in 16 years and this condo was great. The photos are accurate of the layout of the condo. The view was perfect from the balcony. The bed was pretty comfy. We had a few small things I had to email about but they were answered quickly. The only real complaint I have is there are only 2 elevators and they are slow so we always had to wait a little bit. We enjoy this area because it is quieter and less crowded.

  the staff was super helpful the office lady was super nice the only thing i had trouble with was one of the cleaning staff while waiting for the elevator i walked in first to hold the door open so she could get her wagon in and under her breath my fiancé heard her say “that *****” when i was just trying to help

  Overall, our stay was great! Very calm and relaxing at the Commodores. Only complaints are the very small parking lot that does not accommodate for the amount of rooms and visitors, our room was a little out dated and the mattress on the master bed and the sofa bed was horrible. We stay here every year because it is on the end of Thomas Dr which makes it less crowded and quieter, but each year the rooms stay the same, nothing seems to get updated except the increase in room rate.

  The condo was nice. Some things are dated and utensils are very limited in quantity and not variety. There was an odor that seemed to be a stale smell or maybe the condo used to be a smoker's condo. The furnishings were adequate. The balcony furniture is very nice.

  The Commodore is located in a perfect location. No streets to cross, just access the beach at ones leisure. Restraunts, grocerey stores are easily accessible. the rooms are always clean and ready to enjoy upon arrival. after many years of rentals from Pensacola, Destin, and Panama City. We've determined that the Commodore and its location are our "GO TO" Florida vacation destination.

  Loved being on the beach instead of home in the snow and cold on our 50th anniversary. Was surprised with a dozen roses, card, and Godiva Chocolates from the Condo Owners Association. Also the beach bag and can koozies. We usually camp at the state park but want to be back at the Commodore for the view. Property was clean and felt safe. Gina was great helping with the reservation.
