Welcome to Commodore 604, a beachfront 2-bedroom condo on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach. This prime location sits within walking distance of popular local restaurants and only minutes from marinas, golf courses, St. Andrews State Park, and Schooners beachfront dining.

Set directly on the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches,” the resort features a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, a grilling pavilion, picnic tables, and a cozy fire pit. Direct beach access leads to sugar-white sand, chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, and endless coastal activities.

This spacious condo accommodates up to 6 guests. The first bedroom offers two Double beds and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals, along with an in-unit washer and dryer. The open dining and living area features a flat-screen TV and access to the Gulf-front balcony. The primary bedroom provides a King bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The balcony is furnished with loungers and chairs—perfect for sunsets and morning coffee.

Guests enjoy high-speed internet, quality linens, bath and kitchen towels, and a starter supply of essentials.

New Pickleball Court On-Site! Guests can now enjoy a brand-new pickleball court, ideal for morning matches or evening games after a day at the beach. A fun and active amenity for all ages.

One on-site parking pass is included; additional paid parking is available off-site.

Minimum rental age: 25. No pets per HOA rules (Service Animals permitted). Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the building, on balconies, and on the pool deck.

  Walking in it was beautiful BUT we had to wash all dishes before using. Bedrooms had 1/2 in of dust on furniture. SHEETS DID not fit the mattress so it was a pain in the butt. The guest bedroom the closet was locked, so we had no where to hang clothes or place luggage.

  I love the commodore at Panama City Beach!! This place is beautiful and very nice view! Everything was clean and in working order. The staff is very friendly and ready to help! When it comes to the beach chairs , the email says we get free beach chairs but just disregard that they are old emails. They do send the right email as well though but I just didn’t see it on my stay. The pool is very nice and hot tub and also a kiddie pool! If you’re looking for someplace to stay at Panama City this is the place !
